Invitation-only beta
Margo beta support
Use these self-service steps for the invitation-only beta. A monitored public support address and response policy are still required before App Store release.
Joining a household
Open the full invitation link sent by the household owner. Sign in with the same email address, check the household and your role, then choose Accept. You can use the family chat in a web browser without installing the iPhone app.
Sign-in or access trouble
Make sure you signed in with the email address that received the invitation. Ask the household owner to check that the invitation is still open and that your household or caregiver access has not expired or been removed. Do not send sign-in codes or invitation links to anyone else.
Privacy controls
In the iOS app, open Settings → Privacy to request an export or account deletion. Delete individual user-entered Memory entries from their detail screen. Household owners can remove an active partner from household settings.
Current beta limits
- The main Plans surface is a seven-day agenda, not a full native calendar.
- You can save a short text note in the app. Margo may prepare a suggested next step, but the household plan does not change until you review it.
- Outbound Group MMS and a public Messages extension are not enabled.
- Interactive Apple Shortcuts cards require a supported Apple operating system.
- Android users currently sign in through Margo’s mobile-friendly website.
Contact
Use the contact method in your beta invitation. Include a short description, whether you were using the app or website, and the approximate time. Never include passwords, sign-in codes, private messages, child details, or outside-service account codes.
