Margo

Invitation-only beta

Private beta terms

These terms explain what invited beta testers should expect. Before public release, they still need the company’s legal name, governing law, commercial terms, and review by legal counsel.

Invitation and eligibility

The beta is invitation-only and intended for adults who are authorized to organize the household or act as an invited caregiver. Do not share invitation links outside the intended recipient. Household owners are responsible for roles and for removing access that is no longer appropriate.

Beta service

Margo is under active development. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, or removed, and data migration or service interruptions may occur. The beta is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, child-safety, or professional-care service.

AI responses can be wrong or incomplete. Check dates, people, who can see the information, recipients, and important changes before relying on them.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep your rights to the content you add. You allow Margo to process it only as needed to provide, protect, fix, and improve the beta under this privacy notice and the terms of connected services.

  • Do not submit content you lack authority to use or share.
  • Do not try to bypass household access, privacy controls, usage limits, or another service’s consent rules.
  • Do not use Margo to harass, deceive, surveil, or endanger another person.
  • Protect your account and promptly remove former household members or caregivers.

Outside services

Connected calendars, mailboxes, messaging services, AI services, and app stores have their own terms and availability. Margo does not control them and may turn off a connection that is unavailable or unsafe.

Suspension and ending access

Beta access may be paused to protect people, information, the service, or the test. You may stop using Margo and request deletion from Settings → Privacy while signed in. Final language about ending access, warranties, liability, disputes, and governing law must be approved before public release.

Questions

Use the support channel provided with your invitation. These terms should not be used as final public App Store terms until the legal operator and review gates above are closed.
